Emily Stafford – Resource Assistant

Emily is the front line staff member in the administrative office, receiving visitors and responding to students and faculty members, answering the telephone and dealing with mail and deliveries. She is responsible for booking and coordinating events at the School. Emily also administers the teaching evaluations, processes lab and studio fees, building keys, assists with field trip coordination, Emily's job is quite special, as the School is a very public facility attracting a great deal of attention and a tremendous number of requests for information, space and service.

Carol Kendrick – Academic Administrative Manager

The Administrative Manager regulates the operation of the Main Office to ensure the Waterloo Architecture Cambridge community has every available resource at hand. Although not directly involved with student programmes, Carol actively supports the Student Services Coordinators, the Resource Assistant, faculty members, and all other support staff in administration of their responsibilities at the School.

Donna Woolcott - Undergraduate Student Services Coordinator

The Undergraduate Student Services Co-ordinator assists is responsible for the undergraduate student community body in all aspects of the programme. Questions pertaining to any undergraduate issue can be referred to Donna for an answer, resource, referral to the correct person to answer the question, or assistance in resolving the concern. You may recognize Donna from any recruiting or admissions event you attended, as Donna is also responsible for these areas of the undergraduate programme.

Andri Lima - Coordinator of Graduate Studies and Research

Andri is the Graduate Student Services Co-ordinator. She assists graduate students throughout their academic and research endeavours and she acts as a resource and liaison with other UW departments and does everything to guide and encourage graduate students, ensuring a smooth and timely move toward the thesis defence. You likely know her very well “at a paper level” already, through the application process.

Gemma Selvanera - Graphics, Exhibitions, and Marketing Manager

Gemma is responsible for developing documents for both development and academic recruitment for the School of Architecture in collaboration with colleagues in the School of Architecture, the Faculty of Engineering and the University. She is also responsible for the design and maintenance of the School web site, Arriscraft posters, and other promotional materials for the School. She is also involved in the gathering and archiving of material for exhibition, both within and outside the School, preparation for external reviews and other School-wide exhibitions, as well as programming the building for both permanent and temporary displays/exhibits.
