Who We Are

The ACM group provides a wide range of digital media and computing support for students, faculty and staff.

The day-to-day running of the infrastructure is managed by ACM group members: Bob McNair (multmedia), Amy Townsend (computing administrator) and Matthew Oliver (systems manager).

The ACM Helpdesk is the center for computing help at the School of Architecture for all students, faculty and staff. We encourage those in need of assistance to first contact the helpdesk in ARC 2514 (located between the general lab and mens washroom), at ext. 27600 or at archhelpdesk at architecture.uwaterloo.ca.
