All UW graduate studies applications are managed by the Graduate Studies Office,
with the departments receiving the applications electronically. Applications are
submitted through the Ontario Universities Application Centre. Once your application
is received, access is given to Quest, and the "My Materials" tab is available to
upload all the required documents. Supplementary document information is requested
if applicable.
