Printer setup for personal machines
The Architecture campus provides printers which can be accessed wirelessly. You must have a UW/NEXUS username and password.
We currently have 5 student access printers available throughout the school:
Location: ARC 2512, Make/Model: Xerox WorkCentre Pro 128
Location: ARC 2512, Make/Model: Ricoh Aficio SP C811DN
Location: ARC 2111B, Make/Model: Xerox WorkCentre Pro 128
Location: ARC 3102A, Make/Model: Xerox WorkCentre 5225
Location: ARC 3103A, Make/Model: Ricoh Aficio SP C811DN
To access these printers you must install 2 virtual print queues (one for black & white
and one for colour) on your personal machine. Once installed these e-queues will allow
you to print to any of the 5 student use printers.
For the black & white print queue you will use the "HP LaserJet 5Si/5Si MX PostScript" driver. This driver should be included with your operating system. The queue name is: Xerox_FollowYou_B&W
For the colour print queue you will use the "Ricoh Aficio SP C811DN Postscript" driver. This driver can downloaded
here. The queue name is: Ricoh_FollowYou_Colour
